It is expected that each class member will fully participate in all sessions and scheduled activities. The old saying goes, "You get out of it what you put into it", and it is completely true with this program. Your team and fellow participants will be counting on you.

We know things come up and life happens, but we expect all participants to make this a priority and plan accordingly to attend monthly. All sessions are scheduled for the 2nd Thursday of the month from 8am - 4:30pm.
