Desert Foothills Leadership Academy: Nurturing Tomorrow’s Leaders

Established in 2018, the Desert Foothills Leadership Academy is Arizona’s foremost community-based leadership academy. We bring together individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, cultivating their leadership potential while immersing them in the critical issues affecting our community and region.

Our inception was made possible through an exclusive collaboration between The Carefree-Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce and The Holland Community Center.

OUR MISSION:

The Desert Foothills Leadership Academy is dedicated to cultivating emerging leaders to empower them with the skills, experiences, and networks needed to enhance local and regional community life, fostering sustainable impacts on social, community, and economic development as well as being a responsible steward towards natural resources of the Desert Foothills region.
